YJ intermediate steering shaft
Does this shaft telescope? Or is this just collapsible with a plastic pin?
I am having issues getting it on after a steering box swap, It seems to be too short and was wondering if I could just make it longer?
TIA,
J

Re: YJ Flex Issues
Thanks for all the replies. I don't drive her on the street a ton but I don't have a tow rig so I need to drive back and forth from the trail. I will pull the swaybar end links and track bar and see how it goes. If its too crazy on the street I can add them back in and disconnect them for the trail ...

Re: YJ Flex Issues
I dont have disconnects, but have been toying with the idea. What would happen to my street manners if I get rid of it all together?

YJ Flex Issues
I feel like my YJ doesn't flex all that great. I don't really want to convert to arm setup. I am finally starting to make my jeep more trail worthy with a lunch box and one piece shafts in the front. I have a rough country 4" that was done a long while ago and that's about it (and a winch). Wha...

YJ Axle Shaft upgrade
I tried to do the shaft upgrade but was unable to get the passenger side axle seal in the tube (inside the diff). I was using the same seal as the drivers side and have found conflicting information just about everywhere. Can someone throw up a part number that I could buy at autozone or advanced fo...

XJ front end vibration
All,
I just purchased a 95 XJ and the front end vibrates from 55mph-65mph but anything lower or higher it smooths out and there is zero vibration. Any idea what it might be?
its a 4cyl, auto 4x4 nothing fancy.
TIA,
Jared

Thanks but I have already sourced a spare.

Re: Tranny issues / Swap
If I am doing all of these I should probably do the transfer case also. ATF4 in that or something else?
