Bed raising party......

Anyone local available to give me a hand lifting the bed off my dad's pickup truck some evening this week????
Gotta replace all the brake lines and to do the line for the rear I either have to pull the bed (easier) or remove the gas tank (expensive if a plastic line breaks )

I figure three extra sets of hands will do it

Bolts are all removed from the bed.
Kurt, how long is the boom on your hoist?
I've got one here, but the arm is a little short.
Would like to get the bed off tomorrow sometime so I can get to work on the lines (need the truck ready by Sept 7th)

Not sure on the boom length. It does telescope out to a few lengths.
Would have to measure when I get home today.
I can certainly bring it tonight regardless just in case we need it.
Just gotta toss it in the truck when I get home.

The boom length (reach) on my hoist is 47" as measured from the lift piston to the hook.
