Spring repairs

Where I'm at now:
Rear end on jacks, old axle shafts out, old emergency brakes removed.
New axles are Yukon chromoly upgrade.
A few questions for those of you who maybe have been through this?
1. I opted to replace the entire parking brake module (plate and hardware).
The old ones had to be tapped off with a hammer. Are they press fit? It seems like it but I don't want to destroy my axle hammering them on if it's not right.
2. My rear ARB air locker is leaking. Its definitely inside the diff, I popped off the cover but it doesn't sound like the fitting or seal or along the copper air line. It sounds like "inside"? I will probably take it back to the installer, but I was hoping to fix myself. The carrier seems extremely tight and I don't want to pull anything apart I can't put back together safely
It does seem to work, maybe? If not for leaking. I think it needs a rebuild
Wish me luck and hopefully I will be ready for the spring meeting!
