
Went to the Quadratec web site, pulled up my order for the specifics, and called Customer Service. Gentleman answers, I say my name is Cahl and he says, "Cahl, I'm looking at your order now".......

I explained my predicament, he apologized for the inconvenience and says a replacement drivers side asmy is shipping today. Just like that. I know chit happens but the real question is, does a company stand behind their products and how do they treat you when chit happens? In my case, Quadratec did it right and I'll be happy to go back to them again
