I don’t see anything about balancing the tires. Death wobble has so many different variables it’s always hard to pinpoint it, but it can be as simple as an out of balance wheel or tire. Spend some money and get them Road Force balanced, it’ll apply a load to the tire when balancing that better resembles driving conditions. Then re-align it and make sure everything is in spec and there is no extra play in any of the joints.

Best I got.

Steering stabilizer is NOT the fix. Everyone says that but it just masks the problem.

I agree it’s a bandaid. When you get it fixed (the right way) make sure you have a good stabilizer on there because bandaid or not, you don’t want that death wobble coming back. Good excuse to add ram assist

Take a close look at the mounting points for the track bar. It's common for the bolt to loosen a bit and any movement will wear the circle into an oval. I would think any shop will do this, but who knows.

I agree with Jack. Check torque on track bar bolts as well as tie rod and drag link. Also check front pinion angle and retorque CA bolts. As a reminder these bolts are not torqued to spec until the jeep is back on the ground. You said ball joints were good but check them again. Not sure why toe out would help, I believe the toe from the factory is 1 degree in. Can't believe your having this problem with a 2.5inch MC lift.

I have been out of the industry for quite a while, but I seem to remember something with Power Steering causing a death wobble.
