Hello everybody I'm Rod. I just submitted my app yesterday. Wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I have never been off-roading but I was a recovery specialist in the military for a while so I have seen my share of mud. I'm looking forward to getting out with you guys and learning, having fun and making some friends.
This is my first Jeep, I've owned it a little over a year. I have always wanted one but the timing was never right. Some of the mods where already on the Jeep when I got it, I have done a couple of things myself though.
I have a 2008 JK Unlimited X with a 3.6L V6
2 1/2" lift with 35x 12.5 Nitto Trail Grappler tires
I just had metal front, rear and oversize tire frame mount installed as well as a 12,500lb winch.
Not complete (are they ever) but i really like the way it's turning out.
Pic before the new bumpers and winch.

Welcome to Baystate Jeepers and a big Thank You for your military service!
Sounds like your Jeep is well equipt to wheel with the club. Always good to have a wheeler that know how to recover stuck vehicles.
Hopefully you can join us on our remaining 2 Jeep runs this season.

Hey Rod! Welcome to the club!
Sounds like a good build!
As far as the pictures, the best option is to upload them to a photobucket or similar online service, and copy/paste the direct link as follows:

Welcome to the forum and the club! Which branch? I was a transportation specialist, then a FSTer (13F) in the Army for a while. Good to have another vet around.
