Let's talk about WHEELING!

Spring meeting evite is out.

Members, please take a moment to reply via email/evite. Everyone, including previous year members MUST fill out an application yearly. Thanks!

NONmembers looking to BE members, we have two meetings a year, Spring and Fall...

When; March 8, 2014 11:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where; The Skellig, http://www.theskellig.com/ for directions/address. PLEASE NOTE< park in parking area behind restaurant. Town does ticket out front/street parking if you don't babysit the meter/honor their rules/time limits.
Why; to discuss the use of cayenne pepper in egg salad. NO....Wheeling, of course! Silly, making sure you are reading.

Fill it out, bring cash or check and BAM....you are in. Note; you must meet requirements (especially on runs) to join.

Absolutely NO trail schedules given out to non members. We hope you understand, the recent loss of wheeling trails makes us very guarded over our legal wheeling sites.

I am looking at becoming a new member and submitted my application last month. I see the check has not been cashed yet and I have not heard a response. My question is should I still plan on attending the meeting? Thanks

Hi dalsnpals, I've got your application and you are all set. You accidentally sent it to last year's secretary, so this year's secretary and treasurer haven't received it yet. Just a tiny hiccup in the process. No worries, he'll be bringing it with him to the meeting and the ball will be rolling again. Definitely show up!

Even if people haven't paid at meeting date....guests are welcome. You just don't vote on things, and you don't get to see where we are wheeling! LOL...We frequently have guests...who in turn, usually become members.
