MOAB edition JK

Unread post by DOUG »

Playing around on the Jeep website, came accross a new trim level JK. MOAB...

Very dissappointing...While it shares some features with the Rubicon, it is only available with a rear locker (and that's an option), does not come with the 4:1 tcase.

So I "built" one...$40K plus... :-o :-o :-o

Did look good though!

I wonder how the leather seats and Garmin Nav system will hold up when they get wet.

I like the "Moab" sticker on the hood though.

Some of the packages Jeep is putting out are ridiculous. Moab, Altitude, ummm...oh yeah, that JK8 with the $50k price tag. There's a sucker born every minute.

That said? I would like to have some nice leather buckets like I had in my Z-28. Nice. Heated seats would extend top down season...provided your jeep is still street-able :-o

The 10th anniversary edition is a much better JK. A Rubicon with some different stuff, kind of like the MW3 jeep. More money than the MOAB, but at least it has the Rubicon's features.

Yeah, but the only three rigs entered by the manufactures were that, the GC Trailhawk and a Ram pickup. :shhh:

$36K & $40K for a Wrangler? :obscene-birdiedoublegreen:

They can keep it. I'd rather buy another truck and get more for my money.

I wonder who printed that fact sheet. I don't think Jeep would misspell axle. That said, it looks awesome and I'll take two. :)
