I also have some time off after christmas and can lend a hand.
You're welcome to borrow my engine hoist which makes an excellent tub hoist for as long as you may need it

I do have one engine hoist. Also available are basic air tools, a welder and plasma cutter. I think I should be able to clean out enough stuff to set down a tub next to the jeep to make it easier to pull parts off one & install on there other versus stripping a tub & then trying to install from a pile of parts.

If Kurt's hauling the jeep up here, he knows where to go. :D

That's odd... he was on the forum around 12:30 today

Yep! I was checking email/stuff while sucking down my lunch and was called away. We have a shut down going on at work (biotech) and this week is super busy. On top of that I had to pick up a new backflow preventer for my boiler at home. I was able to temp fix it last night with a seal I made from an old bike inner tube.

PM is on the way!

I honestly don't know.

However, the one thing to keep in mind right now is to save all the paperwork. Get receipts for everything (including the tub, with the VIN of the tub on the receipt), in case the MA RMV asks for you to prove that you bought all the parts & such versus them being stolen. I've heard this come up more for homemade trailers, but I could see it being an issue. And its much easier to start a folder with receipts now than chasing stuff down later.
