Be careful with the Advanced Adapaters bracket b/c it's BIG. I had it and it worked great with the stock skid but it ended up hitting the tub with my Rokmen belly-up even with a 1" body lift. I now have the Novak cable shifter which is perfect and a good way to go but a bit pricey $$$.

I don't have a BL but do have the TF TT installed. Had to cut just some of the bracket, but got it to work. Was looking at that other solution but that is a lot of $$ for a cable/bracket.
