New Membership Application
Thank you for your interest in joining Baystate Jeepers!
There are minimum requirements for maintaining your status in the club from year to year. Failure to do so will result in loss of renewal privileges and necessitate re-applying as a new member.
New members must:
- Attend 1 club trail ride (excluding the 101)
- Remit payment to us within 15 days following your first trail ride
- Attend 1 additional club trail ride (excluding the 101)
- Attend 1 club meeting
- Renew by February 15 each year in order to establish your standing in the club as a full voting member.

If the form does not show up, it likely means that we have temporarily suspended the application process due to a high volume of applicants. Please follow this link if you would like to be placed on our wait list. We will contact you when we reopen the application process. Thank you!
