The spammers are relentless!
I must nuke 10 of their accounts and associated posts each week.
It's a daily chore.

Thanks for that Kurt, can we lock down the general admission section somehow?

Maybe put all "new" members into a specific new group type, that only has access to a "Spam" folder (a Single open forum that members of the "New Website Users" get placed). From there if they read some instructions and post message to the admin email/group stating who they are and what they drive, where they are located, they can then graduate to Full members, where they get access to the site beyond the single basic folder.

Any new sign ups get only a single folder to spam into, the ones that read the rules know to email/post to a specific group to request upgrade to full user (General Forum only access). then beyond that like normal, members/Officers/Admins from there...

So basically Open sub to get on the forum, then requires approval to be proved as a real person 1, drives or wants a Jeep (don't want any Yoda fanboys or Broncos), 2 is in the area, or from the area, moving to the area, and 3. a real person, not someone just here to spam...
