I got woken up by a loud bang this morning and went outside to find this mess...
Fingers crossed that it's repairable.

Man, sorry to see that. I don't see any frame mounting points damaged. It's easy enough to just go to Metal Cloak and start ordering. Looks like all bolt ons. Of course I'm ignoring body damage. I'm sure the person in the car had some very important text to respond to.

Oh dang! Hope their insurance is good! You may want to use yours just to make sure you are properly taken care of instead of cheapest way out. You pay it, use it!

That sucks, I'm almost finished going through something similar. Keep an eye on the frame where the end of the axle may have impacted it, I actually have a dent from the caliper. Also see how tweaked the frame side control arm mounts are, my lower was a bit tweaked but they were able to align it after a new axle housing and upper & lower control arm....

I talked with the insurance adjuster today and his initial assessment was the Jeep was totaled. The thing is, he was including damage to the grille, bumper, and winch. None of which appear to be damaged.

If totaled, you may be able to buy it back from the insurance company for its scrap value and fix it up.
I had a car "totaled" due to being mildly rear ended. Bought the car back for scrap value for about $300, fixed it up for near zero and drove it for years. Pocketed the difference between the payout minus the scrap value. Made a few thousand doing it.
Worth a shot!

I am living proof of this with my TJ. I am SO SORRY this happened.

I don’t have the final numbers yet, but they’re saying scrap is usually 20% of the actual cash value. Unfortunately it’s probably not worth keeping it considering it’s going to cost me $4k to get it back plus I have to fix it.

If you want it, fight for it.
I got 8k for my TJ that I paid 9k for 7 years earlier.

Luckily there were no injuries. The other driver was fine and no one was in the Jeep.
