Currie Antirock vs Rubicon stock Disconnect

So my 2012 JKRU swaybar is locked up again which means I have to remove it, clean out the rust, regrease and reseal it. I did this last 3 years ago since I generally don't drive the jeep in the rain and I don't drive it in the winter.
I watched a video on the Currie Anti-rock and was intrigued by its claim to force the rear to flex more.
I am not sure what happens to the sway bar light when it is disconnected, but I think jscan can disable the sway bar to prevent the dash light.
I only have a 2.5" lift so I may need shorter sway bar links.
Any thoughts on the off/on-road performance of the AntiRock?

In my experience Antirock works will you notice a difference probably not on the trail coming from full disconnect. Road manners are sacrificed a little. They make a manual lock to replace all that electric stuff for cheap money.But Ild investigate how the water/moisture is getting in and just solve that problem. Unless it's condensation like some winch Motors.

As expected, my disconnect was full of water again.
I have a feeling the water is leaking through the rubber motor gasket, not the large paper gasket that separates the case.
Should I try sealing both interfaces with RTV?

It seems this time the shift fork was seized in the aluminum housing. I cleaned/wire brushed it a little bit, greased it, applied RTV to the housing and the shift motor and put it back together. It is working again.
I think water is leaking in through the swaybar oil seals, but I don't feel like replacing those right now.
It also appears that the stock swaybar links may slightly limit my downward travel. I am considering installing regular swaybar disconnects.

I’d go the cheap route and install disconnects, or like Mark mentioned previously, a manual conversion but teamed with proper length cheap grease-able links for your lift.

I'll let you know how the RTV seal works on the motor and gearcase. My jeep has 130k miles so I really think the swaybar seals are the real culprit. They have a lot of play.

Mike and I were having that debate last weekend, I am buying a bigger tow vehicle later this summer for my boat, so this is a real possibility.

I had the manual conversion, didn’t help as my motor is fine.

If I had the Rubi, I'd get the EVO manual actuation unit for it. Just reach under and it sets the Disconnect...

My problems are coming from the mechanical bits rusting stuck together, not the actuator motor. With the EVO mechanical disconnect, I could see you disconnecting the sway bar and it not reconnecting one disengaged. There is only a small spring that pushes against the actuator to relock it.
I think adding manual external disconnects is probably the best workaround.

Ok, so I am disgusted with this swaybar. It gave me problems all-day. It took forever to disconnect and now it will not reconnect.
Is the best plan at this point to get it to lock one last time and install manual disconnects?
It is not a daily driver, so I am not too worried about the antirock making on-road driving a little more squirrelly.
