Shop for TJ Modifications - wiring?

Can anyone recommend an area shop that can add things like a winch and extra lights to a TJ?- I can attach the stuff but it is the wiring that has me scared. I have searched but several local Jeep places only seem to work on newer Jeeps. I am in Metrowest but willing to travel. Thanks for any help! (New Wait Lister)
