Just signed up. Wanted to express interest in the upcoming Raush Creek trip in October. Don't have much free time but if my free time and the trip match I would like to go.
1993 Jeep YJ. Used to be a bone stock daily driver until I got interested in off road and pooled enough cash to make the mods I wanted. 190,000 miles on the clock. Had two Grand Cherokees while I was driving the YJ. Daughter has a 2000 XJ that she wants lifted. That's another story. Used to drive CJ-7 in the Navy, an M151 and an M715. Love Jeeps. Looking for a CJ-2 or 3 to work on.
Dual purpose rig: drive to the trail, air down, unhook sway bar and track bar and go wheeling; air up, hook up and drive home 75MPH on the Pike. Work was done by Bob at Bay State Off Road who I highly recommend. Pooling up some more cash for the next wish list.
Mods include: Dana 30 front with chromoly solid axles, ARB air locker, 4.56 gears; Ford 8.8-inch rear, 4.56 gears, ARB air locker; NP231 transfer case with slip yoke eliminator and heavy duty chain; belly up skid plate; GenRight rock sliders and gas tank skid; original 4-liter in line 6 and 5 speed manual AX15.
Needs new fenders and seats. Needs to be driven off road more then I have been.

Hey man how's it going? This is Joe with the beat YJ on 38's who led FTR on a stocker run back in Spring.
How's your daughter doing? She get any more seat time in the YJ?
Good to see you here.

Re: FNG
The Warn bumpers are fine. Good solid construction and a good size, although everyone is making them now so you could probably look around and get the same quality for less. I bought the name and probably paid more than I should have.
Joe, your YJ isn't beat, it is just getting broken in. My daughter has gotten more seat time but it is never enough. She needs more.

Re: FNG
Please excuse my ignorance, but is there a list of proposed runs somewhere that I can use for planning?
XXXXXXX on the XXXXth: is the the Fall Crawl? Couldn't sign up as I can only predict my schedule about 3-weeks in advance. Plus I have to get a kitchen pass from my wife.
