I dont want to break the bank with a PCS system and don't plan to run larger than 35" tires on this jeep. Its my daily and I cant be breaking stuff on it like I did in my TJ. Is there something a little better than the factory steering box that can be tossed in? Ive seen the big bore pump form PCS and that may be overkill as well. I did notice a slightly cheaper mod with a PCS box for 675... anyone recommend that one or something around that price point vs the 200 stock pump?

I got the big bore box because mine had slop. I don’t think the one in your link is any more than the stock box. What’s wrong with your box?
Never mind, just saw your other post. I’d spend the extra $200 and get the big bore, it’s worth it for the extra performance you get out of it

Just an update, I went with the Big bore box and got it from Barrett Fab, an awesome price and direct shipped to my house at no extra charge.
My god, I drove my wifes stock Ford Explorer with ~30-31" tires and it takes more effort to turn with my Jeep on 35s with a lift. Drives soooo much better than stock and handles like a dream. hands down aside from tires and armor the best upgrade I've done.

It will be even better if you ever upgrade the pump and hoses. Works great off road in the rocks.
