It has been so long since I have wrenched on the jeep and I can't remember the torque spec replacing a yoke for an HP D30. I could pull the carrier and go the hard route, but I have to imagine there is an easier route?
Does 210 FT LB sound correct?

My cheat sheet of torque values has "???" as axle Yoke Nut torque. At the transfer case it's 110-120 ftlbs.
If I recall, you may not be far off though.

For the TJ D30 (low pinion) per the service manual, the pinion nut torque spec is 160-200 ft lbs.

Just re read you said hp30. If reusing nut couple drops of red lock tight 180 will do you fine.

I thought the big difference was one had a crush sleeve , not to be reused and the other had bearing and shims. That would be the biggest torque difference between the two. FjR68

Actually I thought the Dana 30 could not take any torque
