Baystate Jeepers

Our schedule lists "NEA Meeting" for May 4th. Is there some wheeling generally attached to that meeting? I'd be up for attending the meeting to learn more, especially if there was also some wheeling as a part of it? How do those NEA Meeting days work? Thanks!!
