Leaks just wipe right up from what I understand. Non permeable for water or oil..

Adam, Any idea who I can work with to get my garage floor fixed first? I have a crack from one side of the garage to the other that would have to be filled and "sanded" flat before I could have you guys come in. My garage is in my basement (directly under center of the house) and the back of the house settled more than the front. I also have a drain in the middle of the garage you'd have to work around.

If I was you I'ld fill that drain full of concrete and make it disappear. Could come back to bite you down the road. There nice to have but a potential expensive disaster. Massachusetts is getting stricked on them.

Leaks do just wipe off. Easy clean up.

I’d be glad to come take a look at it. We can handle all concrete patching. Where are you located?

It all depends if the customer wants the drain or not.

In truth I don’t even know where it goes. Too low to go to the sewer line.
