Greasing centering ball on Tom Woods driveshaft

I have a Woods drive shafts front and rear on my 2009 JK with 2.5" lift. I have one of those fittings for my grease gun that's made for those special zerk fittings, problem is that when I rotate the ds to where I can access the fitting, the yokes are so close together that the extension won't fit between them. Any ideas short of removing the ds?

Thanks

I haven't done mine yet but I read that it's easiest just to unbolt that end of the driveshaft

I can get my front center ball from between body and frame. Never had problem with rear. But front is easiest removed you can clean up old grease at same time

Big D I made a trap door in the rear floor . It was easier than dropping the shaft all the time. Course Mona aint as fancy as yours :) FjR68
