State OKs private off road park in Sturbridge MA for mixed use INCLUDING 4x4s! with "OBSTACLE / SHORTCOURSE / MUD BOG / ROCK CRAWLS"
Opens April 2017....
It does look like the primary use is intended for motor cross/UTV/snowmobiles but they are making provisions for 4x4s!

Awesome! Looks cool, thou I can bet opening month will be PACKED.
'97 thats been chopped up and put back together, and ready to take on the trails.
