State OKs private off road park in Sturbridge MA for mixed use INCLUDING 4x4s! with "OBSTACLE / SHORTCOURSE / MUD BOG / ROCK CRAWLS"

Opens April 2017....

It does look like the primary use is intended for motor cross/UTV/snowmobiles but they are making provisions for 4x4s!

Awesome! Looks cool, thou I can bet opening month will be PACKED.

Looking around the site, looks like at least three courses so far. I wonder if they will ever do some private group stuff so that a club could just go and have a set time to play a bit.
