an object that is in motion will stay in motion unless acted on by an impossing force...
so anyways. dose anyone know a mechanic that will make me one and balance me one for my new flyweel???

You can just install a 6-cyl flywheel... It is heavier than the stock 4-cyl one, is ready to bolt in, and is readily available.
Some other stock parts may need to change. If you look around you can find installs showing how to do it.
