We cut down a bunch of branches/bushes- have a wooden trailer-- need to go to dump.
what size drop hitch do you have?
4.5" lift with 35s..
Do I get the 4" drop.. or the 6" drop?

I've got a small trailer on my jeep, going to move a bunch of stuff to my new apt. I've towed a trailer to northern Vermont, then back with a motorcycle in tow. Smaller lift and "much" smaller tires though. It shouldn't be a problem at slower speeds.
As far as a drop hitch, I'm not sure. If you get the trailer level, measure the height. Then compare to the hitch location on the jeep.

I towed my camper with my lifted YJ with no adverse effects.

Ish said it best - get the drop that will come closest to keeping the trailer level.
