Best way to cycle suspension

What is the best way to cycle your suspension if you have no large rock or ramp?

Neighbor's retaining wall?

Seriously, though. Have a friend with a lifted Jeep come by, and drive up on his tire...

Thanks. Anyone want to help check clearances and try to get the rig trail ready this weekend? I still have to install the compressor, switch pros, and hook up the lockers. The rest of the stuff is just superficial stuff but I would love to get it done.

Engine hoist? As long as the weight rating is equal to half the weight of the jeep.
