Hey Mike : I got 2 guys here in Ct. with lifted JKs . 3.25" heavy duty track bars and 35" tires. The issue is bump steer . The wheel rotates side to side mostly and if a bump is included it wanders (bump steer) , one worst than the other. Any ideas and how do I hook the up with you guys to fix it ? Thanks FjR68

It is either alignment or geometry in the steering hardware.

For anyone with a JK that goes off road, I would always, 100% recommend a Synergy Suspension chromoly tie rod.

If the lift kits were installed and then aligned to the specs from the mfg (usually around 5 - 6* caster) I would first lower that to 3-5 degrees*.

With the vehicle running at a stand still, turn the steering wheel. If it LIFTS the vehicle as it turns the wheels, it is a caster issue and the knuckles are too far down facing in the front to turn the tires OVER the surface instead of IN TO it.

I left Elias a few months ago.
