Just found my Colorado vehicle?

I've been on the hunt for a few weeks for a low miles, 99-01 XJ with a 5 speed and 4.0. This guy just popped up today, I think I may have to jump.

Nevermind. Just like that, heartbreak. Called and spoke to the internet sales guy, its still available. He asks if there's any additional pictures I'd like to see, I give him a short list of suspension mounts, rain sill, inside rear bumper area, he says cool, call ya back in a few.
Calls back in about 2 minutes with "sorry, someone's signing papers on it now."
