stock Rubicon- no upgrades at this time
I was thinking of joining next year but want to make sure my Rubicon with no upgrades can still do some trail runs with you all? This is all new to me and after reading the posts I am kind of confused about the upgrades. After getting hooked I'm sure I will want to upgrade but I do have a lot to learn. I just want to make sure I can participate with a stock model and being an automatic. I am not looking for advanced trails at this time. I'm sure time will change that. Thanks everyone in advance and look forward to next year and becoming a member I hope.

Absolutely - a stock Rubicon will do just fine for some of the runs we do.
Get some trail time in and take your time deciding if and what upgrades you may want to do.
Always good to go on trail runs and see what mods work for people.
I sure hope you can join us next year!

Re: stock Rubicon- no upgrades at this time
Definitely keep an eye out for our Jeep 101 in the spring. We go over a lot of basic how-to stuff and you'll get a chance to wheel a property that's "moderately challenging" for a stock Jeep. I've been running my stock rubi this year at a few properties, but I have added several skid plates to protect the important stuff underneath. You'll find we're all very excited to talk about our modifications and what we think is most important. Feel free to ask at any time! Hope to see you next year...

You have already started with the best model they offer, Seat time is your next best friend. Being a daily driver will not come into play , I promise you that . The little letters on the side of your vehicle will explain everything ! Just Empty Every Pocket = JEEP ! Welcome to the forum and we will meet you on the trail. FjR68
