03 TJ..

On the front stock drive shaft there is a rubber boot, mine is badly torn. Where can you purchase a replacement boot?

Stop by a driveshaft shop like Brookline Machine. I picked up a couple from them in the past. They have a bunch of locations, look up their website.

Check out your Dc joint on that shaft + u joints Its about time for it to start going bad if you didnt replace the ujoints yet
The Dc joint is best to pull out to check it 100% put the Dc yoke a vise + see if there is any play in it If there is replace the ball + socket It cost me $ 25 3 years ago a 10 part + 15 labor

Is your boot about 4 inches long if so I got 1 for you free I found in the gararge

Brian - Kurt rebuilt my front DS last year (thanks again Kurt), so that should be all set.

If it is the boot over the slip section I wouldn't bother replacing it -- just pull the rest of it off... Some argue that the boot just traps dirt & water when you're offroad a lot and makes things wear faster and not having one is better... I don't say that is true (or not), but I don't find not having one is an issue.
