While we are on the subject of new tow rigs...
Since several have posted up pictures of their new or new to them tow rigs, I felt left out.
I picked this up exactly one month ago today. 2009 F-150 XLT Lariat 4X4, 145"WB, 5.4L, 6Speed auto, 3.73 axles, 9700LB tow package, 36 gallon fuel tank, 42K miles, loaded interior. Negotiated in an integrated trailer brake controller that now resides in the slot below the t-case knob.
Crappy dealership pictures I'd stolen from their website since I still haven't taken any myself yet.
First thing that happened when I got home was the stupid aftermarket exhaust tip came off. Installed a Cobra 75 base unit hidden in the area at the front of the center console and a magnet mount antenna. Installed a set of Silverstar headlights as well.
A set of WeatherTech floormats also arrived today in a big brown truck.

Nice! I like the two-tone! It's different than 95% of the other 150's other there (including mine, but I only have 3500 miles on it.).

I'll see what I can do Duck. I think the pinstriping the PO did really helps set it off, even though I don't remember noticing them until I was picking it up. It is not vinyl tape, it is real old school hand painted.

Very nice Dave!!, how did they treat you in Londonderry? Wish you had told me you were buying from them, as they are one of our customers. Could have helped you out a little bit.

Lets just say they were happy when Beth and I finally left. LOL I really do enjoy buying vehicles and knowing more than the salesman and the manager. I got what I wanted (including them adding the TBC to the truck) at the price I wanted.DOUG wrote:Very nice Dave!!, how did they treat you in Londonderry? Congratulations Dave from both Carol and I. We love our 2007 Super Crew 150. Tows like a dream. You will enjoy driving it to Moab and back.
