Anybody know if JKs use the NV231 transfer case that all other wranglers use? Specifically, will the Terra Low low range kit work in a JK?

Standard JK's use the 2.72:1 ratio version of the NV241 Tcase. I doubt all the components would fit. The planetaries might. The only way to know, would be to take it apart.

You can always try finding the 241OR out of a Rubi JK

So would that have to be a JK rubi, or any one with the six-speed?

If you want the 4:1 low range, it would have to be out of a Rubicon. Best to find one that was behind whatever type of trans you got now.
