Bought two rear brake line / hose assemblies from Quadratec, for my disc brake conversion. Complete assemblies, pre-bent brake lines, these things are beauties. Took my Heep for a test drive and everything seemed great! But I still crawled under to have a look. And saw brake fluid on a line

Went to the Quadratec web site, pulled up my order for the specifics, and called Customer Service. Gentleman answers, I say my name is Cahl and he says, "Cahl, I'm looking at your order now".......

I explained my predicament, he apologized for the inconvenience and says a replacement drivers side asmy is shipping today. Just like that. I know chit happens but the real question is, does a company stand behind their products and how do they treat you when chit happens? In my case, Quadratec did it right and I'll be happy to go back to them again

I wrote that into my last company's crm almost 10 years ago, if it found a caller id match it pulled up the customer record before the agent even answered the phone.
