I have a Harbor Freight one if you want to borrow it. I can even drop it off this weekend if you want.

Bench press it. I usually warm up with 155 and go to 225 for 10-12.

If you've got an extra floor jack you can probably fab up something which will replace the round pad on it (assuming the round pad comes off).... Did that with Andy L for his transmission/transfer case projects and it worked well... used a piece of ~3/4 plywood, scrap 2x4 blocks, and a couple pipe fittings... Heavy rubber bungees/small ratchet straps to strap it down so it won't fall on you.

I borrowed one of these when I swapped my tranny, what a great tool, there was no way I was going to it on my back.

It was the first thing that came to mind, and I'm not ashamed. Much.
