shock help needed... I need some new rear shocks for the TJ the ones I have in the rear are too long and bottom out during normal driving and are too long off road...
I currently have 25" extended> 15.6 collapsed shocks and my coil springs can fall out and my pinon shaft can snap under full flex. I need something more like 12-13"collapsed> 26.5 extended... Ive asked Lou and he sold me the old shocks and didnt have something in that range and I looked at Quadratec/4wd and cant seem to find something too close to what I need..... any one out there with some ideas? Lots of 12">20" but nothing just right that Ive seen so far... also looked at BDS and Bilstien sites with no joy...

Relocate the shock mount and/or get some limiting straps for droop.

it was a lot of work, but absolutely worthwhile. since i did this (and added a simple coil spring retainer) i've had zero issues with my rear suspension. lots of uptravel, droop, smoother ride, etc. i know it's not the answer you were looking for, but...

Jeff : I have 13.5 collapsed and 23 open. They are Black Diamond Hydro shocks from a 3" CJ lift . FjR68
