Actually CL recommends you meet a buyer at a "public place" and not at your your home.
Don't need the buyer knowing where you live or have an opportunity to case the joint.

Carl, Im a girl, I'll only meet people in public places. My dad would not let me meet up with Scott when I looked at his Jeep alone.

I got my bike and my TJ both on Craig's list and both at private homes - guess I should've done a better job casing the joints huh?

Instead I jumped on the guys computer (the one with my TJ) and showed him how I knew he had been in a minor accident before he told me....oops!
