Hello!

My name is Stephanie and my husband's name is Jason. We are a Military family and we just moved to Hanscom AFB a few months ago. We found your Jeep club on our way to the NASCAR Races last Sunday. We saw an LJ that caught my eye in the lane beside us that had BAY STATE JEEPERS on his hood. Jason and I just sent in our application to become members of your jeep club. He is originally from Ohio and I am from Virginia Beach. I have been wheeling for about 15 years and he is just getting his feet wet on the trails and is anxious to learn more. I used to belong to a few jeep clubs back home and was an assistant organizer of one of them until the Military made us move. I was also a Trail Guide for Camp Jeep back in 2001 at Oak Ridge Estates in VA and also Trail Clean up/organization for Camp Jeep & Jeep Jamboree.

Before Jason left for a years deployment to Aghanistan, our 2000 TJ had a 4" Skyjacker Suspension lift on 33" tires. While he was gone I heavily modified the TJ. I swapped out the crapjacker lift and installed the following:

Already Had:
Warn 9000xdi
SmittyBilt SRC Front/Rear Bumpers/Tire Carrier
Tuffy Overhead Console w/ Cobra CB
Borla Exhaust
Banks Torque Tube

ADDED
Rubicon Express 5'5" Long Arm Suspension Lift
Teraflex 1.25" Body Lift
Front/Rear Currie Rock Jock Dana 60's w/ 4.88's & ARB Air Lockers
35" KM2's on DC1's
Bushwacker Flatties
Teraflex Skids: Steering box, Radiator, Oil Pan & Gas Tank
Corbeau A4 Seats
SmittyBilt XRC Rockers
New Engine [not stroked =o( ]
AEM Brute Force Air Intake [Shoulda went with a snorkle]
HELLA Driving Lights
HELLA BLACK MAGIC Driving Lights

We are excited to get back in to wheeling and meeting like minded jeepers in the area. Hope to meet everyone soon!

Here are a few pics of the TJ.

Hello and welcome! You sound like a wheeling couple and that's awesome! My better half Rob (Midniteryder on the forum) and I have both our own rigs (I won't be a passenger) as well. Looking forward to meeting you both and your Jeeps. :happy-jumpeveryone:

Thanks for the Welcome!! We used to have 2 jeeps. I had an 06 LJ [in which i miss very much] but now we just have the TJ. I don't mind being a passenger at times, although I have been looking at LJ's online cuz I would like to get another one [Shhh... dont tell the hubby] haha There is a stock Silver Rubi LJ on base that I have my eye on, it's not for sale but it's caught my eye. The potential it has!! ahha

With the Rock Jock's they could go with big rubber and run with Baystate's big brother, NE4W, but it looks like they want to keep the body in decent shape.

the body has scratches and a dent in the hood. scratches are not a big deal... its a toy and we didnt pay all that money to keep the body looking decent haha... we are looking for some fun.

Most in NE4W don't have a body on their rig and trailer to every run. You're a good fit here. You have some stout axles though. If you were in any other state beside mASSachusetts, you could run bigger meats without too much breakage.
