Stock TJ steering

I knew the day would come eventually when the stock tj steering setup would not suffice. Apparently that day was saturday on trail 8 at the fall crawl. Some clever trail repairs with a portable MIG welder and a sacrifce by my highlift jack hand put my severed tie rod back to one peice. I wheeled the rest of the day without issue and with a crude "feild" alignment drove home. I Ordered a Currectlync steering setup, and have got the tie rod and drag link installed, but I am having issues mounting the stock steering stablizer. The stud supplied by currie seems much too big to fit thru the end of the stablizer. I could attempt to "make it fit" or attempt to obtain another stablizer that will work.

Best bet is another steering stabilizer, I went with a BDS from lou and it's worked out fine with the Currie steering

x2 on the BDS, thats what I run on my Currie as well. The best part is it has a life time warranty, all you will need to do is pay shipping if it goes bad for some reason which is 10bucks....

X4! The stud on the Currie system is mean to be used on bushings without a metal sleeve inside it.
