Not something I'd want to try, but I wonder how much worse is that thing than some of the crawls we did in Moab?
The climb up at Gates of Hell on Hell's Revenge, the Launch Pad (either Hell's Revenge or Fins-N-Things?), or the Eagles Dare climb on The Golden Spike come to mind as being as-scary (or perhaps more so)...

My heart stopped just watching his tires spin and the vehicle begin to bounce...
I think solid ground beneath me would provide a sense ( albeit false) of security Vs the narrow steel runners.
I thought traversing a 7'foot high log bridge was bad , this just looks extreme especially without a spotter .

My tires are 15.5" wide. More margin for error.

They probably wouldn't fit on those ramps anyway....
The thing that makes that really scary is rubber on steel.... Steel is fairly slick stuff.
