Looking for welding/fab work help

I have a rear bumper with tire carrier made by http://detoursusa.com/ that I won at the GAJR a couple of years ago, and what I'm looking to do is to add a 2" receiver hitch to it.
I have a stock Mopar 2" receiver that I took off of my 04 Unlimited when I got it this past winter.
What I'm looking to do is have the 2" box cut from the receiver, and welded into the bumper.
Are there any forum members capable of doing a job like this, or can anyone recommend a trusted shop in?

It's not too hard to do with the right equipment. If you don't mind driving up to Townsend, I can give you a hand with it.

As far as cutting the receiver tube off the stock hitch, I'd just pony up the $15-$20 for a new tube (available at many auto parts stores). It's easier to work with and you still have a complete hitch to sell on Craigslist!

I'm going to try to locate a receiver tube, when I do I'll PM you to set up a time that we could get together.
Thanks for the offer

No problem. They usually have them at C.A.P. stores. Or you might find one at an RV/Trailer type shop.

Tractor Supply has 'em.
