Suspension squeak help

A Couple weeks ago I switched out a set of lower Teraflex control arms for JKS control arms. Before mounting I made sure they were well greased. However after the Fathers Day run they squeak when going over bumps. I believe the squeak is from the rubber contacting the axle control arm bracket. Besides greasing the area, is there any other tips to get rid of the squeak?

1 suggestion- drive my jeep and your little squeaks will not sound so bad! LOL

That was a fairly rough trail. I'd take a look at all the control arm mounts and see if any got dented in causing more pressure on the bushing.

Check to see if the bolt holes are enlarged and letting the joint move around or if the bushing could be worn out...

Dont the Poly bushings need a special kind of grease ? If there is a metal sleeve inside can you still grease them installed. I have (had) rubber bushings everywhere and have to remove every bolt to lube them couple times a year. Thinking of greasable bolts and cross drilling the sleeves? Yes / no ?? FjR68

They are not greasable, however I was looking at installing the greasable ones.

My rig was squeaking reallll bad. Then I flopped and I musta realigned something, it's been quiet since!
And not to hijack the thread but big THANKS to Kurt for helping me. After the flop, I couldn't close my drivers door. Seems that side of the cowl / tub was pushed down about a half inch or more. Within an hour and a half at Kurts, my tub was straight and now my door closes with a nice >KACHUNK!<
Much bettah than the SLAMMM! SLAMMM!!!!!! noise it was making when the door was hitting the tub
