Nobody owns anything. We are taught to believe we do.

To a point, Joe's right. Think you "own" the property and the house that you're paying for here in the Commonwealth? Think again. Go ahead, pull your deed and take a look. Nowhere on it will you see words granting you anything. What you see is a Quitclaim deed. A Grant deed, which is used in 49 other states, has an implied warranty that the grantor (seller) owns title to the property, has the authority to pass title, and passes it to the grantee (buyer). A Quitclaim deed has no such warranty. A quitclaim deed is used in the other 49 states to release possible claims to title, specifically without a warranty.

At any time, the commonwealth could come to any homeowner in the state and say "You have no legally conveyed title to your property, it reverts to the state, and we're taking it."

Maybe he didn't dis the wrangler. He did say "even a wrangler would have a hard time with". He had no consideration for his audience. He was standing in front of the people who build the "Go anywhere, do anything" wrangler, and implied that it might not "go anywhere, do anything".

He's spent the last 2 1/2 years doing things like that - he's completely tone deaf. He continues to do it - "Not so shovel-ready". "The reason we're losing jobs is ATMs and airport kiosks". Give me a break, it's getting to the point where I'm tired of being called stupid all the time. (If you keep telling me stupid things expecting me to accept them, you might as well just say 'hey you, you're stupid'). It really is starting to get to me, I get frustrated every time I hear the #$%^#@Q$ on TV.

Devil's advocate...... what if he were implying that jeeps are awesome but even they would have trouble with this..... I know I love my jeep but it does have it's limitations (as hard as it is for me to admit it)

Oh and I gotta say I'll take him over Palin ANY DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about telling you stupid things!
