Stuffing Tires

I am not great a physics / geometry so going to ask. Does raising up two tires that are opposite stuff them in the fenders more than just raising one tire? So basically lift the driver front and passenger rear oppose to just the drivers front.

If it does, it's probably not enough to make much of a difference. Plus lifting one tire at a time is much safer!!!!

That is what I mean. I would think that would be safer, the center line of mass is more even and level. I doubt I could push that over but a rig on an RTI ramp could be.
