Baystate Jeepers

i picked up an 8274, figured it would look the part on the 3B, well better than a newer model. today i seperated the top and bottom 1/2 's of the winch, the oil looks almost new, everything rotates good, still unsure of the motor, i need to pull the batt out of the b anyway so i will bench test it at a later date. i want to clean the oxidized aluminum up, it's nasty.
