Bad vibations

I have this really bad shake / vibration / wobble that kicks in at about 55 MPH and gets worse at higher speeds. It's not DW, the vibration is coming from the rear axle or something connected to it. I've got a lot of work to do out back and I'm hoping it's one of the things I'm going to take care of
1: broken / loose shock - it's both. Bent shock and I broke off a bolt when I was trying to replace it. I've seen wheels (literally) hop when shocks are bad, but that was on cars sprung with independent suspensions. Not sure the same thing will happen with solid axles but the function of the shock hasn't changed, so....... But I'm not sure
2: track bar bad / out of alignment. Maybe the OE track bar is shot, maybe not. Either way, I have an RE adj TB to replace it, and I'm going to center the axle when I do. Would an axle that's not centered (left to right) cause real bad oscillations?
3: rear axle not square with front - when I put adj LCA's in, I had a hard time with one side. Had to pull the axle back an inch and it was a beyatch. I'm thinking if the axles aren't parallel they'll fight each other and cause problems like I'm seeing. Maybe. I'll measure the distance between wheels on both sides and adjust if needed. And while the LCA's are out.......
4: rear pinion angle - I'm going to adjust it, but I don't think this is the problem. It's within a few degrees of where it should be. To adjust it, I'm thinking I adjust the pinion angle with a floor jack and then match up the LCA lengths to hold it there. Sound like a plan?
AND FINALLY, I have a crack on my passengers side rear axle LCA mount. This is going to be fixed, hopefully this week. I'm just not sure it's part of the shake and shimmy problem. Just throwing it out there.
