I think Ryan is running the Anitrock and seemed to be happy with it (would love your thoughts on it having it in for a month or so now Ryan) Im a bit sick of breaking zip ties on my setup and recently lost one of the pins holding my disconnects in while driving my TJ ... anyone have thoughts on the Antirock or switch blade? I know you have more body roll with both than stock.

Dont know if im ready to just pull the disconects off or go with something like this for added stability.... oh and Im not going leaf springs so please hold the baloney..

I have had the anti-rock for about a year and a half and like it. I like the stability of the sway bar on a light setting off road and a firmer setting on road. It takes about 10 minutes to adjust and I don't do it often but it is worth the effort in both cases. Also, on the light setting it really doesn't restrict articulation enough to even notice.

i actually went with the dual rate swayloc. (http://www.offroadonly.com/products/sus ... ndex.shtml) it is basically an anti-rock on the light bar and a slightly soft stock sway bar on the tight bar. it is just one latch to change between the two bars, so it takes ~5 seconds. (two bars of different rates run together, one inside the other.) i think dennis said it best when we ran snakebite, "that thing is really dialed in nice." having both ends connected allows the body to stay relatively level. with the front disconnected completely the body gets pulled by the rear sway bar only. my jeep stays more level now and doesn't sway back and forth over terrain. i flexed it out on the RTI ramp at rausch and had no noticeable difference in flex.

if your rig is a DD i would definitely recommend the dual rate, as you get the best of both worlds and good on road handling.

You can replace the pins at Home Depot (or any other good HW store)... They are a few bucks in the hardware aisle.

The one I gave you on Sat was a 3/16" pin (which was too big)... You probly need 1/8".

Buy a can of mini-bungie cords, some extra pins, and you're set -- for $12.

Found the replacemts for about 1.50 at the local Ace. the issue is with 35" tires I sometimes rub the disconnected CA mounts I went thru about 3 bungee cords and IDK how many zip ties before drilling new holes in the front fire wall to get them tucked out of the way even more.. I would prefer more stability and less roll off road like Ryan describes above. My existing sway bar links are a little beat up, missing Zerks having been tweaked a time or two etc so Lou has been recommending I replace those since I've had the jeep, they are due for a replacing and Id like to try something different..

i had the anti roc on my tj, i liked it.

Haven't run a front sway bar on the Rubi for a year, and didn't run either on the XJ the entire time I had it..... yea, I know I'm flirting with disaster on the street....

x2 on SwayLoc. I love mine, feels great on the road and doesn't limit flex at all on the trail. Need to do a write up in the vendor section but their service is amazing! I recommend them 100%

Well just pulled the trigger on the SwayLoc (could not pass up the deal). Will be selling a set of BDS Quicker Disconnects
