Thank you for all the information, it was really helpful. Since all the club radios are gone, I went ahead and purchased the same model radio on Amazon. If I can get it programmed at one of the events, that will be awesome. If not, I'll just grab the required cable and program it with the image and directions you provided (great write-up by the way).

I'd say just scoop them up on Amazon. I am sure at some point they can be programmed on the side. If I'm not mistaken it was a one time bulk purchase in an effort to get the majority of the active members all covered at once.

Was never the club buying them, everyone paid upfront for them. I bought extras on my own to have just incase someone missed it. That's why there were extras. If someone else wants to set it up and take orders awesome. I have to much on my plate this year already.
