Thanks Rob for the update. I know with Carol's back, it would be BAD if tubing or anything else for that matter aggravated it!

Kodi wrote::dance: Ok, we have done this before, we will do it again! Snow tubing! ALL are welcome!

I have checked a few of the options and the more cost friendly for families is Amesbury Sports Park http://www.amesburysportspark.net/

Their cost is $24 per person for a three hour block.

The hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. tickets are sold in three or five hour blocks. Early in the day it is less crowded, so I will say let's meet at 9:30 a.m. and hit the lines/slopes for 10 a.m.!

Strongly suggest you check any size requirements for kids if you are planning on bringing any, DRESS for play in the snow! Layers are best! There IS a moving sidewalk and pulley system too to get you up the hill, or you can walk (waste of time)

Ask as many people as you'd like, this is not limited by trail size like our runs! The more the merrier! They have food and beverage on site, or plenty of local eateries!

Please post up here if you are interested in going/will be going! There will be no evite on this, as it is open to all!

Snow tubing; Amesbury Sports Park, Amesbury, MA
February 2, 2013 (Groundhog Day, we can either celebrate Winter, or kiss it goodbye!)
9:30 a.m. start tubing at 10!
$24 per person for three hours (optional is 5 hours for more...three usually wipes you out!)

should the weather not cooperate, and there is no snow, I'll keep you informed in this first post!

People coming;

1. Frank
2. Dan
3. Ryan (+some friends)
4. Amanda
5. Scott
6. Kelly

Just called them as I have not heard back; here is the breakdown of price discounts;

10-20 people $22.00 per person
21-49 people $21.00 per person

:dance:

We have hit the $21.00 per person mark, should everyone show up. I'm thinking even if many don't show...we will still be able to make the 10-20 mark of $22.00 per person. Again, the more the merrier, invite as many as you wish. Meet at 9:30, hit the gate/ticket counter with our count on or just before 10:00 a.m. and we can dive right into tubing! If people are late, this will affect the discounts for all!

Here is my cell should you need it;

978.804.0612 Thanks all

Kelly
