New gear set.. 4th pattern.... butter!!

I need to thank ZUK for the assistance.... Perhaps some folks know who I am talking about. Also need to thank everyone that provided guidance here.

Frank I hear what your saying, i just didn't feel 100% sure that the setup wasn't going to go boom on the trail. The shim stacks values for the first photo and the finial setup ended up being very close. It just proves you how hard it is to get a good pattern when setting up used gears. That is why it is KEY to get a pattern and backlash of the used gears before pulling the setup.

Now for the rear re-gear, can't play yet... Plus it is still way to cold out, jeep is been in the garage since late fall. She doesn't like the cold weather (still don't have a name for her)

Mona hibernates all winter also. Sept I haven't turned a wrench yet. Im to busy rebuilding another Ranger pickup that dont belong to me-------again ! Dont get married and dont have kids !! FjR68

Good news! The front end is all back together, everyone can go back to what they were doing.

Now on to the rear wich involves an ARB locker 4.56 R&P, USA Alloy 33 spline shafts and to protect it all a Nth Deg axle skid plate.
