I have to believe I would be able to get a new/used shaft if that was the case. Also, I should be able to check how trueness of the shaft when it arrives... Yes/no?

The seller stated that after 20 mins of highway driving, he would start to feel a slight vibe. However whith that said he has an '01 TJ with a TT and no BL. The vibe could of been from the case touching the tub or something bad with his driveline. All unknown factors and again a risk that I was willing to make. I am sure someone will help me look at the 241 before it is mounted???

It sounds like he was over angle on his drive shafts. All Ive heard is about 2" is acceptable in a Tj before some of them vibrate. It could be just that, Hope it works out. FjR68

Just an update... So the kid I purchased this from just got his other 241OR installed and still has the same vibes. Not sure why he didn't do this before selling the 241, but he tested the new setup and removed one DS at a time. Turns out that with his from DS removed the vibes are gone. He is now frustrated that he sold a perfectly good NV241OR for 1/2 it's value ;).

Just waiting for the front yoke and flange to arrive (ordered thru Tom Woods).
